The red baby plum tomatoes of Pachino variety Pixel is grown in the south-east of Sicily where the climatic and environmental characteristics are suitable. This conditions give to tomatoes an excellent organoleptic and nutritional qualities.

It has an intense flavour and is ideal for fresh salads such as caprese and sauces.

The red plum tomatoes are rich in magnesium, sodium, vitamin C, vitamin A and mineral salts, and contain a good percentage of fibre, protein, potassium and zinc.
