The carob cream, spread on a slice of bread is a real load of energy that puts everyone in a good mood. The cream is obtained from the fruits of the carob tree, a typical tree of the Mediterranean areas. Carob beans look like bean pods and contain seeds, from these seeds you can produce many recipes: flour, pasta, cakes and creams.
Ingredients: sunflower oil*, white chocolate* (cane sugar*, cocoa butter 30.5*, milk powder*, emulsifier soya lecithin, vanilla extract*, ground vanilla*), toasted carob flour* 22%, icing sugar*, dark chocolate* (organic cocoa mass*, organic cane sugar*, organic cocoa butter*).

The carobs do not contain gluten and therefore can also be consumed by celiacs. Carob cream is often used instead of chocolate cream because its flavour is very similar to that of cocoa, but it is healthier.
The Carobs have several important nutrients: they are rich in fibre, vitamins A, B and D, potassium, calcium, manganese and copper.
