The Modica Cinnamon chocolate has a strong and intense aftertaste. The cinnamon blends perfectly with the strong and fruity notes of cocoa.

The chocolate of Modica follows a particular process defined: cold. Unlike normal chocolate, Modica chocolate is grainy and crumbly, with grooves on the surface, a dark black color, sometimes opaque and brownish reflections.

The chocolate of Modica is still prepared today following a traditional recipe that was then enriched and modified by the artisans of the city.

 

Ingredients: bitter cocoa paste 50% min, cane sugar, cinnamon from Sri Lanka 0,6%.
