The white pistachio nougat BIO is a sweet with a unique and traditional taste, a sweet dough enriched with dried fruit and enclosed between two wafers.
To produce the nougat is used dried fruit that contains a good amount of calcium, fiber and good fatty acids. The use of honey makes this cake softer and more natural.
Ingredients: 50%* pistachio, cane sugar*, orange blossom honey*, egg white*, wafer*, natural lemon flavour.
